📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
- Process payments and manage guest deposits and refunds.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist with special requests and events, ensuring they run smoothly.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Valid SIM card and able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
