📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine designs for plastic bricks and toys using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and consumer preferences.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for children's toys.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic brick and toy design.
