• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost online sales and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate product listings on our online store.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve our online store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
