📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory, sales, and employee performance.
  • Participate in franchise meetings and initiatives to support the overall success of the Domino's system.
  • Represent Domino's at community events and promote the brand's values and mission.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role in the foodservice industry, preferably in a pizza setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and customers.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Domino's systems, processes, and values.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
