You will oversee the co-management of pullet and breeder farms, ensuring the highest standards of animal health, welfare, and productivity. Our farms are located in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, providing a diverse and challenging environment.

As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring farming best practices, managing a team of farmers, and ensuring compliance with international and local regulations. You will work closely with our technical team to develop and implement innovative farming solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 15,000,000 to IDR 25,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of pullet and breeder farms, ensuring the highest standards of animal health and productivity.
• Implement and monitor farming best practices, including biosecurity, feed management, and disease prevention.
• Manage a team of farmers, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including ISO, HACCP, and government standards.
• Develop and implement innovative farming solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.
• Conduct regular farm inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop and implement new farming technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that farming operations meet customer requirements and expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry farming, with a focus on pullet and breeder operations.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations, including ISO, HACCP, and government standards.
• Proven track record of implementing and monitoring farming best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with farm management software, such as SAS, AgriSoft, or similar.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
