🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using banking software and tools, such as CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment options.
