PT Mega Nusantara is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Tegal. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded, stored, and distributed. This is an urgent position, and we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and tracked using our inventory management system.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Work with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are adequate and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new inventory as needed.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel as needed to different warehouse locations.
