Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify requirements,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to support technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
