📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of three Servisinkuy branches in Malang.,Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of all branch employees.,Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
