📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and execute daily menu planning and costing.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency.,Participate in culinary events and special projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury resort or fine dining establishment.,Proven track record of managing a kitchen team effectively.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
