Madam Kwans is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to make a difference in a vibrant and growing culinary scene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of food and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Control inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures.
  • Monitor and report on sales and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Bali is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
