📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our customer base.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
