📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits.,Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on overdue accounts.,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Providing financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Participating in financial planning and analysis activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
