📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Promote our products through various channels, including in-store displays, social media, and email marketing.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
