📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
