📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the restaurant's financial health.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
