📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of team members.,Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and weaknesses.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Address any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team and work to resolve them.,Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
