📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Implement and monitor production control systems to optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production team members.
  • Continuously improve production processes and methodologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and control.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in using production planning and control software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
