📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of frontend developers to create high-quality web applications.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior developers to help them grow and improve their skills.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborating with other teams, including backend developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers.
  • Ensuring that our web applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Participating in team meetings and providing updates on project progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with popular frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide other developers.
