We are looking for a professional who can ensure the accuracy of our financial records and provide valuable insights to support our business decisions. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze financial statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the preparation of annual audit plans and schedules.,Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial data.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on accounting and auditing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
