📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Support the company's efforts in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
