Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the business.,Managing and mentoring the management team, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitoring financial performance and preparing regular reports for the board of directors.,Fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.,Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
