Field Executive / Site Supervisor

Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka is seeking a dedicated Field Executive to oversee our construction projects in Cikande, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone of our site, ensuring that daily activities align with project milestones and quality standards. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead our team and drive projects to successful completion.

In this role, you will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on site activities, including progress, issues, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
