As the Direktur Statistik Sosial, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire social statistics program, from designing surveys and data collection methods to analyzing results and presenting findings to stakeholders. You'll also collaborate with other departments within the BPS to integrate social statistics into broader data initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of social statistics programs, including designing surveys, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.
• Oversee data collection and analysis processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to gather and interpret data.
• Analyze social statistics data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, researchers, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with national and international statistical standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BPS staff and data collectors.
• Contribute to the development of policies and strategies based on social statistics data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social statistics, data analysis, and program management.
• Strong knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS.
• Experience in designing and implementing surveys and data collection methods.
• Proven track record of successful data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
