📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage a team of store staff and provide guidance and support.
  • Implement sales strategies and monitor performance to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
