📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage bank operations and ensure compliance with regulations,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports,Assist in the preparation and processing of bank statements,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high service standards,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth bank operations,Stay updated with the latest banking trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using banking software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Valid banking license and certification (preferred)
