📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Develop and present sales proposals and pitch decks to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
