Camp Data Indonesia is a growing company in the data industry, and we are looking for a dedicated Assistant Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our senior team members to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions and inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash vault.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities or transactions.,Work closely with senior team members to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest banking regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
