📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and mentoring as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and brand awareness.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales and operational targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer data.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or sales leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
