📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of new products and services through documentation,Provide training and support to customers and internal teams as needed,Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and other content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience working with Agile development methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
