📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute the renewal process for clients' insurance policies.,Identify and propose renewal strategies to maximize client retention and revenue.,Maintain and update client records and policy information.,Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.,Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure a smooth renewal process.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the renewal process.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewal management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in renewal management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewal management or a related role in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.,Proven track record of success in renewal management and client retention.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
