📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
