Hub One Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. As a Senior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards of our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, caterers, and event planners.,Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, including decor, equipment, and seating arrangements.,Greet and assist guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and beverages are served according to the event schedule.,Monitor and manage event timelines, ensuring that all activities are completed on time.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.,Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the event and work to resolve them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet and event management.,Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for event hosting.,Proven track record of successful event execution and client satisfaction.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
