📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Act as the primary point of contact for travel agents, providing them with comprehensive information about our tour packages and destinations.,Coordinate with tour guides to ensure they have all the necessary information and resources to deliver excellent service to our clients.,Assist travel agents in promoting our tour packages and destinations to potential clients.,Monitor and track the performance of our tour guides, providing feedback and support as needed.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with travel agents and clients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry to ensure our offerings remain competitive and appealing.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and activities to showcase our tour packages and destinations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with a good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid SIM (Student Immigration Permit) or KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is required for this position.,Previous experience working with travel agents or tour operators is a plus.,A passion for travel and a desire to share your love of Bali and Indonesia with others.
