📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and that food is prepared and served efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience in marketing and promoting a restaurant is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
