📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our restaurant management system.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems and software is a plus.
