Cemerlang Building is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information and support to customers.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Update and maintain customer records and sales data.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and results-oriented mindset.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
