📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure that all outlet policies and procedures are followed, and that the outlet is compliant with all relevant regulations.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business goals.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze staff performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them improve.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
