Tanggung Jawab:
Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the role.Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referring parties.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.🛠️ Keahlian
