📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and optimize injection molding processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
- Analyze production data using tools like SAP and MES systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to implement process improvements and new product developments.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for injection molding processes.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding and manufacturing engineering.
- Certification in Injection Molding Technology (IMT) or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and materials.
- Proficiency in using SAP and MES systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
