📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts payable/receivable.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
