As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven track record in managing HR functions and processes.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
