📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with team members to address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Support the Production Supervisor in training and developing junior staff.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in a healthcare or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
